นโยบายนี้อธิบายวิธีที่ MCIX Thailand ("เรา") ผู้ดำเนินการแบรนด์ F0 และเว็บไซต์ drinkf0.com เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) เราเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสำหรับข้อมูลที่เก็บผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา

เราเก็บข้อมูลการลงชื่อรับสิทธิ์จนถึง 12 เดือนหลังการเปิดตัว F0 หรือจนกว่าคุณจะถอนความยินยอมหรือขอให้ลบ แล้วแต่อย่างใดจะถึงก่อน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น จากนั้นเราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

6. สิทธิของคุณ

8. ผู้เยาว์

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains how MCIX Thailand ("we", "us"), the operator of the F0 brand and drinkf0.com, collects, uses and discloses your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.

1. Data we collect

  • Data you give us: your first name, email address, survey answers (such as purchase intent, when you would drink F0 and why you signed up) and any messages you send us.
  • Data collected automatically: your chosen language, pages visited, how you found us (for example UTM parameters), invite and referral codes, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.

We do not collect card or payment details during the waitlist, and we do not intend to collect sensitive personal data such as health information. Please do not include it in any form.

2. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To record your waitlist signup and launch-price reservation, and to send you F0 launch updates (consent, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
  • To send news, samples and event invitations, only if you opt in (consent).
  • To run the invite-a-friend programme and award rewards (consent and performance of the programme terms).
  • To understand which concepts and messages work, so we can improve the product and our communication (legitimate interests, using aggregated data wherever possible).
  • To prevent fraud, duplicate signups and misuse, and to comply with the law (legitimate interests and legal obligations).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with service providers acting for us: Shopify (website and customer database), email and LINE Official Account providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok for ad measurement where those tools are installed. We may also share it within MCIX Group and with authorities where the law requires.

4. International transfers

Some providers, including Shopify, may store or process data outside Thailand. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until 12 months after F0 launches, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted or destroyed, restrict its use, object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out). You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in every email, or contact us below. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the website and browser storage to remember your language, invite code and how you found us. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Minors

This website is not directed at people under 20. If you are under 20, please sign up only with a parent's or guardian's consent. If we learn we have collected data without that consent, we will delete it.

9. Security and changes

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. We may update this policy from time to time and will show the latest update date on this page.
