ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ (ภาษาไทย)
1. เกี่ยวกับเรา
เว็บไซต์ drinkf0.com ("เว็บไซต์") ดำเนินการโดย MCIX Thailand ("เรา") ในนามของแบรนด์ F0 การเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์ การลงชื่อในรายชื่อรอ (waitlist) หรือการติดต่อเราผ่าน LINE ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา
2. ระยะก่อนเปิดตัว
ขณะนี้ F0 อยู่ในระยะก่อนเปิดตัว เว็บไซต์มีไว้เพื่อแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์และรับลงชื่อรอเท่านั้น ยังไม่มีการขายสินค้าหรือรับชำระเงินผ่านเว็บไซต์ รายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ รสชาติ ส่วนประกอบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ราคา และวันเปิดตัวอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ การวางจำหน่ายขึ้นอยู่กับการได้รับอนุญาตจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) และความพร้อมของสินค้า
3. รายชื่อรอและราคาเปิดตัว
การลงชื่อรอไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่ใช่คำสั่งซื้อ ราคาเปิดตัวที่แสดง (เช่น 690 บาท) เป็นสิทธิ์สำหรับผู้ลงชื่อรอ ใช้ได้กับคำสั่งซื้อแรกเท่านั้น จำกัดจำนวน ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนสิทธิ์ได้ และไม่ผูกมัดทั้งท่านและเรา หากผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่ได้เปิดตัว สิทธิ์นี้จะสิ้นสุดลงโดยไม่มีภาระผูกพันใด ๆ
4. การชวนเพื่อนและรางวัล
รางวัลจากการชวนเพื่อนมอบให้เฉพาะการชวนบุคคลจริงที่ลงชื่อด้วยข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง การสร้างบัญชีปลอม ลงชื่อซ้ำ ใช้บอท หรือวิธีการใดที่ไม่สุจริต จะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ทั้งหมด เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาความถูกต้องของการชวน และในการเปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติโปรแกรมได้ตลอดเวลา คำตัดสินของเราถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
5. ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์
F0 เป็นเครื่องดื่ม ไม่ใช่ยา และไม่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวินิจฉัย บำบัด รักษา หรือป้องกันโรค ข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์มีไว้เพื่อข้อมูลทั่วไปเท่านั้น หากท่านตั้งครรภ์ ให้นมบุตร มีโรคประจำตัว แพ้อาหาร หรือใช้ยาอยู่ ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนบริโภค โปรดอ่านฉลากบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ก่อนบริโภคทุกครั้ง
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ชื่อ F0 โลโก้ ภาพ ข้อความ และการออกแบบทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์เป็นทรัพย์สินของเราหรือผู้อนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิ์ ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
7. การใช้งานที่ห้าม
ท่านตกลงจะไม่ใช้เว็บไซต์เพื่อการที่ผิดกฎหมาย ไม่ส่งข้อมูลเท็จหรือข้อมูลของผู้อื่น ไม่พยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และไม่รบกวนการทำงานของเว็บไซต์
8. ลิงก์และบริการภายนอก
เว็บไซต์อาจมีลิงก์ไปยังบริการของบุคคลอื่น เช่น LINE, Instagram และ Facebook ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการนั้น เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาหรือการดำเนินการของบริการภายนอก
9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เว็บไซต์ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่องจากการใช้เว็บไซต์ ความล่าช้า หรือการยกเลิกการเปิดตัว ทั้งนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ใดของท่านที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับล่าสุดจะแสดงที่หน้านี้พร้อมวันที่ปรับปรุง การใช้เว็บไซต์ต่อไปถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว
11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใดให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย หากฉบับภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษขัดแย้งกัน ให้ถือฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก

1. About us
drinkf0.com (the "Site") is operated by MCIX Thailand ("we", "us") on behalf of the F0 brand. By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or contacting us on LINE, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Pre-launch
F0 is in pre-launch. The Site exists to introduce the product and collect waitlist sign-ups only. No products are sold and no payments are taken on the Site. Product details, flavours, ingredients, packaging, pricing and launch dates may change. Sale is subject to Thai FDA approval and product availability.
3. Waitlist and launch price
Joining the waitlist is free and is not an order. Any launch price shown (for example 690 THB) is a waitlist benefit valid on your first order only, limited in quantity, not exchangeable for cash, not transferable, and non-binding on either you or us. If the product does not launch, the benefit ends with no obligation on either side.
4. Referrals and rewards
Referral rewards are given only for real people who sign up with accurate details. Fake accounts, duplicate sign-ups, bots or any other abuse will void all rewards. We decide whether a referral is valid, and we may change, suspend or end the programme at any time. Our decision is final.
5. Product information
F0 is a beverage, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is general information only. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or allergy, or take medication, consult a doctor before consuming. Always read the label before use.
6. Intellectual property
The F0 name, logo, images, text and designs on the Site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, submit false information or someone else's details, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Site's operation.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party services such as LINE, Instagram and Facebook, which are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, or from any delay or cancellation of the launch. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its last-updated date, will always be on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If the Thai and English versions conflict, the Thai version prevails.
